She was patient with us while we went back and forth on whether to sell, and once we made the decision, Tammy jumped into action, lining up her contractors to paint, refinish the floors, lay new carpeting, landscaping, and staging the house. The contractors were great. The house was on the market for 5 days. We received multiple offers and settled three weeks later.
