She is also deeply involved in the community, actively volunteering with organizations such as the Fort Sumner Citizens Association, A Wider Circle, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and The Dwelling Place.

Outside of real estate, Tammy is a travel enthusiast who finds adventure wherever she goes. She enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, boating, cooking, and walking her dog. Most of all, she loves spending time with friends and giving back to the community she’s proud to serve.

Conor Durbin joined the Tammy Gruner Durbin Team in April 2026, bringing a strong foundation in communications, client service, and strategic advisory experience developed during four years in New York City. Prior to transitioning into real estate, Conor served as an Account Supervisor at Prosek Partners, where he advised a diverse portfolio of financial services clients, including firms in consulting, wealth management, private equity, and alternative investments.

In his role at Prosek, Conor specialized in developing and executing strategic communications initiatives spanning media relations, thought leadership, reputation management, and crisis communications. His experience working closely with high-profile clients sharpened his ability to navigate complex situations, communicate effectively, and deliver results with professionalism and precision.
